All submitted manuscripts would be reviewed by members of the editorial board, or where this falls outside their direct area of specialism, may be sent to a subject area specialist either within or outside of the host institution. The review process would be as transparent and developmental as possible adhering to the principles set out in the reviewer guidance and editorial policy.
